Shipping & Returns
We ship to the United States only. We do not ship to US territories.
Please note that we use a variety of carriers for each of our shipping options, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method based on your order type.
Once an order has been processed, we get started and are unable to change shipping methods. Shipping rates are applied based on the merchandise subtotal before any promotional discounts are applied.
In most cases, items will be shipped using Parcel Select services.

Return Policy & Guidelines
Fieldline will honor exchanges or returns on any item(s) within 45 days of purchase through fieldline.com given that it has not been damaged, altered, or used. The item must be returned in new, sellable condition with all tags and stickers present. Items that have been altered, used, or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and customer will be responsible for shipping fees associated with returned items. Fieldline is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit to us. In order to receive a refund you MUST have an RMA #. Get an RMA here. Please include your order number in the RMA request.
If a shipping error on our part has occurred or a defective product has been delivered in error, shipping fees and restocking fees will be waived for returns and exchanges.
Please note that gear purchased at a retail location does not qualify for a return or exchange though our website, but may be covered by a Fieldline warranty. To learn more about our warranties, visit: Warranty page
Final clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless a shipping error has occurred.
We’ll do everything possible to take care of your return quickly. Please allow us 10 business days to process your return and initiate a refund to your credit card. Note that refunds may not appear on your statement for one billing cycle. Items that are returned with all required documentation will be processed as priority.
For exchanges due to reasons other than shipping errors or product defects, please follow the return procedure and guidelines and place a new order for your desired item at your convenience. Placing a new order quickly ensures that you’ll receive it in a timely manner, and that it won’t go out of stock.
Please note that from time to time, items will change price. For inquiries regarding price adjustments, please contact us. Price adjustments will be made at our discretion.
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment please contact us with your order number, item number, and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will make every reasonable effort to reorder the item or credit your purchase in a timely manner.
Step 1: Ensure your item is in new/unused condition, has not been altered or damaged in any way, and has all tags and stickers present.
Step 2: Include the Order Confirmation Number that was received upon your original purchase of the item along with your full name, shipping address, email, and phone number.
Step 3: Include your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package you are returning to us.
